3826 Brook Shadow, at 7:00 P.M.
July 19, 2021

Dear Homeowners

Kings Crossing Patio Homeowners� Association Annual Meeting will be held on Monday, July 19, 2021 at 7:00 P.M. The meeting will be held in the community center at Greentree Village Community Association at 3826 Brook Shadow, Kingwood, Texas 77339.

Directions to the meeting location:
Exit the �The Retreat� onto West Lake Houston Parkway. Greentree Village is northeast of the Retreat off West Lake Houston Parkway. Turn onto Brook Shadow and go east to Falling Brook. The Community Center is on the corner of Brook Shadow and Falling Brook. You will see the pool facility and the building.

PROXY FOR THE ANNUAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERS ON JULY 19, 2021 KINGS CROSSING PATIO HOMEOWNERS� ASSOCIATION

The undersigned, being the owner(s) of the property described below, and a member (members) of Kings Crossing Patio Homeowners� Association (the �Association�) hereby revokes any previous proxy and appoints (or if no individual is designated, then the President of the Association), as my/our proxy to represent me/us and cast the directed votes as indicated below at the annual meeting of the members of the Association to be held on July 19, 2021 (or any adjournment or rescheduling thereof):

�      To elect two (2) persons to serve on the Board of Directors of the Association for a two year term. (You may vote for not more than 2 candidates)

This proxy must be dated. In the event of conflicting proxies, an undated proxy or a proxy with an earlier date will be deemed to be invalid. The undersigned reserves the right to revoke this proxy. An owner signing under a power of attorney must attach a copy of the instrument granting him/her such power. A corporate proxy must be signed by an officer of the corporation.
