2026 Rates: Quarterly, $102.42 includes tax.

Your HOA board is responsible for contracting trash pickup for the residents of Kings Crossing Patio HOA. Through a bidding process, Best Trash was chosen to be our trash pickup service.

Trash pick up days in Kings Crossing Patio are Wednesday and Saturday. Household trash may be left near the garage door for pickup. Yard waste and anything bulky needs to be at the curb.

Trash may be set out no earlier than 6pm the day before pickup. Yard waste should be taken by your yard service or may be placed out at the curb no earlier than 6pm the day before pickup. All trash including any yard waste needs to be in a container or a bag and neither can weigh more than 40 pounds.
