Pool will be closed approximately THREE weeks beginning May 25th
The Board and Management of Kings Crossing Patio have been informed by our attorneys that we must have a waiver signed by each household before allowing the pool to be open this season due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Kings Crossing Patio pool facility will be open for use upon receipt of the signed waiver. A sign will be posted on the fence. The maximum capacity for Kings Crossing Patio will be 25% of normal capacity, which means 12 swimmers at one time. Please know that it may be best that you bring your own chair being there will be no monitoring and disinfecting after each person leaves the pool. You must practice social distancing while at the pool and there are no parties being allowed at this time of pandemic.
Again, you may bring your waiver to the office starting Tuesday May 26th; you may email the signed form to [email protected], or fax it to 281 359-8067., the office of Kingwood Association Management is located at 1075 Kingwood Drive Suite 100, once we have received your waiver your key card will be activated for the pool gate for enter. The Kings Crossing Patio pool is located at 4203 Valley Glade Dr. The
pool is for all patio homeowners, tenants and their guests. All guests
must be accompanied by the resident. The pool parking is only during the
time of pool use. Others are subject to towing.
If anything looks like it needs repair or cleaning, please
call Kingwood Association Management at 281-359-1102. Please also call
if you have ideas on improving the pool and the surrounding area.
Rules of the Pool:
Pool Times April – October 8am - 10pm
After hours use of the pool will be considered trespassing.
Violators will be suspended from pool use for the remainder of the
year, and charges will be filed.
There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
An adult must accompany children under age 18.
No pets are allowed in the pool area.
Please lock the gate after entering or leaving the pool area.
Please put all trash in the trash containers.
No running in the pool area / No diving into the pool.
Please do not bring glass containers or alcoholic beverages into the pool area.
Children in diapers must wear rubber pants over both cloth and disposable diapers.
Owners or tenants desiring to have a pool party of 15 or
more must call Kingwood Association Management at 281-359-1102 to
register their function and have KAM arrange for a lifeguard. The owner
or tenant having the party must pay for the lifeguard. The pool cannot
be exclusively reserved.
